Still you can read it here...Hero of the nut jobs von Brunn had child porn on his computer http://www.washingtonpost.c.... How much more does this man have in common with Andy and the rest of you?

Wholly stupid shits don't you people know Amadhinejad is a Zionist plant? His Jew hating rhetoric and holocaust denial is just what we want coming from Iran. The last thing we need in Iran is one of the people that is the father of their nuke program in the presidents office. Oh yeah and Moosavi is popular with the youths Iran for some reason. Hmmm....I wonder why the Jews wouldn't want someone who might be taken a little more seriously then a Jew hating world renowned asshat as president of the nation with the 4th largest oil reserve. Oh yeah and there are no gays in Iran BWAHAHAHA!!!

Re: Petras on the attempted coup in Iran

Also wondering why the usual consumers of news entertainment are comfortable with the representation of the situations they receive. For one, to have about the same opinion as the mainstream of others, not to be called a querulous person, a grumbler (if that is the word)?
on the other hand the common disease of the tv-infestation: self-deception and idleness. In german the word even is: faul, Faulheit corresponding to the english: foul. Self-deception and willing to be lied to. Because it is easy to read other news in the internet. But though probably quite many get other information, who knows.

Re: Petras on the attempted coup in Iran

"The only good that has come out of this is that we have lengthened the list of American commentators who are working for the bad guys, i. e., Zionists..."
You said a mouthful there, Xymph.

Juan Cole is being mercilessly flayed by his commentors for his apparent lack of intellectual rigour on the Iran election beat-up. My suspicions of Cole's loyalty to mainstream political correctness were aroused when I realised he prefers to base his under-estimates of Iraqi casualties on the studiously non-rigorous Iraq (media) Body Count rather than the infinitely more trustworthy and reliable Lancet estimate. Why a professed intellectual would prefer a tally based on media reports sourced from a military which doesn't 'do (ie report) body counts' is a position I'd like to see Prof Cole justify at length and in detail.

Re: Petras on the attempted coup in Iran

From Petras, "Except for Sarkozy of France, no EU leader has questioned the outcome of the voting." - Sarkozy? who would have though?

Re: Petras on the attempted coup in Iran

Fox Propaganda says the USS John McCain will intercept a North Korean ship.

http://www.foxnews.com/poli...

Now for an antidote to Fox BS and some insight on American utter impotence regarding nuckear North Korea, this podcast with Korea expert Dr. Bruce Cumings is helpful.

http://www.electricpolitics...
